Retail:
From organising displays to learning the crucial aspects of management, the skills gained from a retail apprenticeship are transferable to all retail companies - from market stalls and independent shops to national chains and large superstores. This apprenticeship is ideal for a range of roles including sales assistants, stockroom assistants, beauty consultant, visual merchandisers and fresh food counter assistants.

Employment Related Services:
This qualification encompasses the skills required by professionals working with unemployed individuals to support them back into work. It covers aspects of IAG, customer caseload management and underpinning knowledge of the relevant legislation.

Business Administration:
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who plays a support role within a business or organisation, such as secretaries, administration assistants, data entry clerks and office juniors. 97% of employers say that effective administration is essential to their business. This qualification covers all the skills needed to succeed in this varied and challenging environment - from answering telephones to maintaining databases.

Customer Service:
This apprenticeship is for learners who work in, or who want to work in customer service in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Operator, Call Centre Advisor, Help Desk Operative and Service Agent. This apprenticeship teaches the Technical knowledge including the principles and practices of delivering customer service and understanding the different types of customers, their needs, wants and expectations.

Warehousing:
This apprenticeship deals with the movement and storage of goods, and is an essential part of logistics operations. The qualification covers all aspects of the distribution and warehousing process from dispatching goods and materials to health and safety.

Management:
This apprenticeship can be applied across a broad range of sectors and job roles. Strong managers are essential to the success of any business, so the skills gained on this apprenticeship are transferable and extremely valuable. Topics covered in this qualification include giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, resolving problems, procuring supplies, project management and delivering and improving customer service.

Team Leading:
An apprenticeship in Team Leading is ideal for anyone who is entering into a management role for the first time where they will be expected to lead a team. The course helps learners to become more effective in their role and lead their teams by example. Subjects covered in the course include managing personal development, making fair and consistent decisions and communicating information and knowledge.

Learning and Development:
An apprenticeship in Learning and development is ideal for anyone who is involved in developing and assessing the skills, knowledge and competence of learners primarily in the workplace or in work-related programmes of learning
