Customer and Learner Feedback Overview

Every day we actively seek feedback from our customers and learners, we do this through a variety of ways - surveys, face to face forums, evaluation form, comment cards etc

This is what they have to say about us:

94% of those who left feedback on our website throughout the month were positive about our staff and services.

From our interactive online surveys we have received the following feedback:

 - 96% of customers were satisfied or extremely satisfied with the support provided by i2i

-  95% of customers were satisfied or extremely satisfied with their advisor

- 88% were satisfied or extremely satisfied with the Work Programme overall

- 92% were satisfied or extremely satisfied with their i2i centre

- 82% of customers felt closer to their long term goals, as a result of i2i support.

- 89% felt that i2i had supported them to build their confidence

- 92% felt that their skills had increased

- 92% felt closer to moving into work, thanks to the support from i2i

 

Our in-work support teams achieved 100% satisfaction scores across the board.

 

Our Apprenticeship team gained the following feedback:

- 100% were satisfied or extremely satisfied with their sessions and their trainers

-100% of those surveyed were also satisfied with our resources and that the course was meeting their needs

- 99% of our learners felt clear on Prevent Duty and how to raise concerns regarding extremism.

- 100% of learners were fully aware of Health and Safety and Equality and Diversity legislation and processes.
