Over two hundred guests, representing sixty local businesses, attended a 'Raising Awareness' event at Blackburn Rovers' Ewood Park Stadium on November 2nd, organised by i2i.

The evening, compered by popular comedian Ted Robbins of TV's Phoenix Nights, included a televised link with Jack Straw as well as speeches by Andrew Fawcett, the LSC Director of Economic Development, Barbara Ramsay of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and i2i Directors, Matthew Gore, Kent Mayall, James Gore and Shaun McKenna. Kelly Mosley of FMG Support Sevices spoke of her own experience as a trainee and manager.
