Meet the i2i Heads of Department

As i2i's Head of Finance Harry works directly with our Finance Director and the Board. Harry brings a wealth of experience to this role and is keen to ensure the department continues to support the business as a whole through offering a first class service.

Head of Operations Employability
Diane has a proven track record and a wealth of experience in the Welfare to Work industry within the public and private sector. She has led operational and employer engagement teams across a wide range of multi regional employability contracts achieving all key performance indicators and also ensuring a high quality journey to all customers. She has engaged many employers and key stakeholders during her time within Welfare to Work Diane is passionate about the development of all individuals internally and externally

Head of Legal & Human Resources
As Head of Legal and Human Resources, Stephen manages the legal affairs of the i2i group and more recently the Human Resources department. Stephen is a qualified Barrister having been called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in 2005, and specialises in Corporate Law with disciplines in the fields of Company, Commercial and Employment Law. Stephen has extensive experience working within the Government and later moved into employed practice and successfully headed an expanding commercial department. The diverse mix of Stephen’s qualifications, skills and experience allows him to fulfil and enhance this challenging role and provide additional support to the business.

As i2i's Head of Sport Danny works directly with the Board in order to develop a number of exciting initiatives, as mentioned at our recent Company Conference, which are currently being progressed through ‘i2i Sports’.

Head of Operations Employability
Michelle has a wide array of skills and experience within the Welfare to Work industry with over 10 years experience in driving performance and improvement. She has a proven track record in delivering high performance levels operationally and has managed employer engagement and management teams across regional employability and skills contracts, achieving and exceeding outstanding performance and compliance levels. She has engaged key stakeholders during her time within Welfare to Work and has a clear passion and dedication to her colleagues and their individual development.

Head of Corporate Governance
Tim has held senior positions in Quality Assurance and Corporate Governance within the Skills and Welfare to Work sector for several years. Prior to joining i2i, Tim had substantial experience in mainstream education in both the UK and Germany, culminating as headteacher of two schools over a ten-year period. He holds first and advanced degrees from the University of Leeds.

Head of Skills (Division)
As the Head of i2i’s Skills Division, Sharon has more than 20 years experience and expertise in managing all aspects of skills contracts within the sector. Her experience includes 11 years working for the LSC, followed by five years working at a senior operational level with a Private Training Provider. Prior to joining i2i, Sharon worked for a national organisation, advising both FE Colleges and Private Training Providers on all aspects of quality assurance, funding, delivery and compliance within the skills and welfare to work sector.
