Job Description:Inspire 2 Independence (Training Ltd) - i2i, specialise in working with people who face multiple barriers to improving their learning and work options. As well as delivering training solutions to businesses and individuals i2i have a wealth of expertise in managing programmes across the country, assisting individuals to overcome their barriers to work and placing them into meaningful, sustainable employment, as well as supporting employers to develop their staff to increase performance within their roles.
The post holder will be responsible for leading and line managing the CPA Employer Engagement Team to achieve their Employer Engagement Teams' monthly job starts, job outcomes and sustained outcome targets within their contract package area. You will drive the activities and outputs for your team and will be targeted on securing sustainable vacancies and subsequent 80% conversion into job starts and 85% into job outcomes along with supporting new key performance indicators on face to face visits, employers in centre’s, cold calls, work placements/trials, generation of new business and yielding apprenticeship opportunities.
You will line manage a team and produce daily, weekly and monthly management information on performance against targets and evaluation of our services to employers for SMT and our prime contractor Serco.
You will need to formalise the relationships with operational teams and key feeder roles, have a structured communication process in place for all levels and embed quality and compliance to the employer engagement team outputs.
You will be expected to formally meet the Head of Operations and the Head of Employer Engagement to present the team’s monthly performance and liaise with the Performance Improvement Manager and Centre Manager on a daily and formally on a weekly basis.
