Job Description:Inspire 2 Independence have a vacancy for a maternity relief Operations Manager for our Skills Division, we currently operate across 5 regions working in Retail, Administration and Welfare to Work environments offering a range of qualifications. We hold a direct SFA contract for in excess of 1 million.
We require a highly qualified competent manager with assessing and internal verifier current experience with team management experience of team of 15 plus, current experience of managing Apprenticeships and all that is integral to that including external verifier visits, managing teams, profiling contracts, staff reviews, analysis of MI reports, employer engagement visits, Ofsted and awarding body requirements.
You will be highly energetic, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working to targets and demanding high standards.
Mobile phone, Laptop and dongle will be provided.
