Job Description:Inspire 2 Independence- i2i, specialise in working with people who face multiple barriers to improving their learning and work options. i2i have a wealth of expertise in managing programmes across the country assisting individuals to overcome their barriers to work and placing them into meaningful, sustainable employment.
The post holder will be required to manage the client interview and selection process on behalf of Job Brokers and Account Managers and provide relevant advice and guidance to clients in preparation of interviews with employers.
You will identify and address employability barriers through on-going assessment and employment planning. You will develop professional relationships and manage the service expectations of employers by job matching jobseekers into the right positions. You will secure repeat business through placing the jobseekers into the right positions.
