Corporate Governance

Corporate Governance has gained a much higher profile in the last two decades.

Corporate social responsibility is now becoming much more of a part of mainstream Corporate Governance, as there is a recognition that a company cannot (in the long term) operate in isolation from the wider society in which it operates.

Corporate Governance is about making good decisions on behalf of the company and its stakeholders, which in i2i’s case include customers, learners, employers and staff.  In broad terms, it refers to the way in which a company is directed, administered and controlled.

i2i’s approach to Corporate Governance is closely linked to Corporate Responsibility – focusing on:

* Equality & Diversity
* Health & Safety
* Safeguarding & Prevent
* Information Security
* Environmental Sustainable Development
